Refunds

How long refunds take and where the money goes.

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. We start them straight away; banks usually show them within 5 to 10 working days.

What you see in the app

The booking shows the refunded amount, and the receipt is updated with a credit note.

If a request is declined or expires, nothing was charged: the authorisation is released, which can take a few days to disappear from your statement.
