Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to find, book and offer parking on ParkTracer. We design for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, the standard behind EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.
Status
ParkTracer is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working through a full audit of the booking and hosting flows on web and mobile.
What already works
- Screen reader labels on navigation, buttons and booking steps.
- Text that scales up to 200% and light and dark themes with sufficient contrast.
- Keyboard and focus navigation on the website and desktop apps.
- Listing, help and legal pages are also available as plain HTML pages.
Known limitations
- The map is not fully usable with a screen reader; use the list view instead, which shows the same spaces.
- Photo steps at arrival and departure need a camera; if you can't take photos, contact support and we will record the booking another way.
- Some older screens may not yet have complete labels or may need scrolling at very large text sizes.
Feedback and contact
