ParkTracer

Terms of Service

Version 1 · effective 1 November 2026

Also available in: Deutsch · हिन्दी

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

ParkTracer is operated by [To be confirmed], [To be confirmed] ("ParkTracer", "we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who uses the ParkTracer apps and website. If you list a space, the Host Terms apply as well. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data.

2. Our role

ParkTracer is an online marketplace. Hosts offer parking spaces and drivers book them. The contract for the use of a parking space is made between the driver and the host. We provide the platform, process payments on the host's behalf through our payment provider and help when something goes wrong, but we are not the owner or operator of the spaces listed.

3. Your account

4. Booking a space

5. Payments

6. Cancellation and refunds

7. Right of withdrawal

Bookings of a parking space for a specific date or period are services for which the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a booking type in your country (for example monthly plans), we show this before you pay and explain it on our withdrawal page (/legal/withdrawal), which also contains the model withdrawal form.

8. Using a space

9. Reviews, messages and other content

10. Problems with a booking

Driver or host can open a dispute from the booking up to 48 hours after it ends. We review the evidence and may refund, charge a documented amount to the driver's saved card, or take no action, and we tell both sides why. ParkTracer does not provide insurance and does not guarantee compensation.

11. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Privacy). We may restrict or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, with a statement of reasons and the right to complain. Bookings already made are handled fairly: refunds follow section 6 unless the restriction is caused by the driver's own breach.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law (for example product liability law) provides so. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for valid reasons (for example a change in the law or a new feature). We tell you in advance; important changes need your acceptance before you can make new bookings or listings. Existing bookings stay under the terms that applied when they were made.

14. Law and disputes

The law of the country where we are established applies, but if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings there. Statement on consumer dispute resolution (§ 36 VSBG): [To be confirmed].
