When a right of withdrawal applies
- One-off bookings for a specific date or time (hourly and daily parking) are services for a specific period. The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to them. Our cancellation rules apply instead (Terms of Service, section 6).
- Monthly plans in the countries where we show it at checkout come with the right of withdrawal described below. The checkout and your booking confirmation tell you whether it applies.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded (the day you received the booking confirmation).
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us ([To be confirmed], [To be confirmed], email support@parking.bytefy.in) of your decision by a clear statement. The quickest ways:
- in the app: open the booking and choose Withdraw from contract;
- on the web: use the Withdraw from contract button on this page (no sign-in needed);
- by email or letter, for example with the model form below (its use is not obligatory).
To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired. We confirm receipt immediately by email.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you for this contract without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.
If you asked for the parking to start during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to the part of the period already provided when you tell us you are withdrawing. The app shows the amount before you confirm.
