Listings

• List only spaces you are allowed to let, described accurately: location, size, height, access, features and restrictions.
• No spaces that rely on a council residents' permit, no public road space, no spaces you don't control.
• Photos must show the actual space and must not show people or number plates that can be read.

Reviews

• Review only bookings you took part in, honestly and about the booking.
• No insults, threats, discrimination, personal data or content you were paid or rewarded for.
• Hosts may reply once, publicly and politely.

Messages and profiles

• Keep messages about the booking. No harassment, hate speech, spam or sexual content.
• Pay only through ParkTracer. Requests to pay by bank transfer, cash or other apps are not allowed and leave you without our help if something goes wrong.
• Don't share other people's personal data.

Illegal content

Content that is illegal in the country where it is shown is not allowed, including fraud, counterfeit permits, threats and content that infringes other people's rights.

Reporting

Use Report on a listing, review, profile or message, or the public form at /report-content (no account needed). We confirm receipt, review reports without undue delay and tell you what we decided.

What we do

Depending on the seriousness we may remove content, hide a listing, limit features, or suspend or close an account. Repeated or serious breaches lead to suspension. Each decision comes with a statement of reasons, and you can complain within 6 months through Account → Help & support. Some checks are automated (for example hiding phone numbers before a booking is confirmed); every account restriction is decided by a person.
