Chat with your host or driver, and why payments stay in the app.

Messaging

You can message the other side of a booking from the moment you request or book until 14 days after it ends. Messages are kept for 12 months after the booking, then deleted.

Contact details

Until a booking is confirmed, phone numbers, email addresses and links are hidden in messages. This protects you from scams.

Never pay outside the app

Payments made outside ParkTracer aren't covered by refunds, disputes or host protection. If someone asks you to pay by bank transfer or cash, don't, and report the message.

Report a message

Long-press or use the menu on a message to report harassment, spam or a request to pay outside the app.
