How two-way reviews work and when they are published.

After a completed booking, the driver and the host can each review the other within 14 days.

Double-blind

Neither side sees the other's review until both have submitted, or until the 14 days are up. You can edit your review until it's published.

Fair reviews

Reviews must be about the booking. We remove reviews that contain personal details, hate or threats, or that are unrelated to the stay. Hosts can post one public reply. If you think a review breaks the rules, use Report on the review.
