How to reach us and how fast we reply.

Use Contact us in the Help centre, or Get help from a booking so we can see which booking you mean. You'll get an email confirming we received your message, and our replies appear under My tickets.

Response times

We aim to reply within 24 hours, and faster for problems with a booking that is happening now.

Urgent safety issues

If someone is in danger, call the local emergency number first (999 in the UK, 112 in Germany, 911 in the US), then tell us.
