Notifications and emails

Choose which updates reach you by push, email or in the app.

Go to Account, then Notification settings, to choose how you hear about bookings, reminders, messages, reviews and payments.

Always on

Some emails can't be switched off because they are part of your contract with us: booking confirmations, cancellations, refunds and receipts, and decisions about your account or content.

Messages

New messages arrive as a push notification. If you don't read them, we send one email summary rather than an email per message.
