Deleting your account

What happens to your data when you leave.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Upcoming bookings need to be cancelled or finished first, and any open disputes resolved.

What we delete

Your profile, vehicles, saved spaces, messages and photos are deleted.

What we have to keep

Payment, invoice and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires (up to 10 years in Germany), with your name and contact details separated from them where possible. Reviews you wrote stay published without your name.
