Access codes and arriving

When access details appear and what to do if you can't get in.

When you get access details

Gate codes and instructions appear in the booking 15 minutes before the start and stay visible until shortly after the end. They are never sent by push or email.

Checking in

Tap Check in when you arrive and take photos of your vehicle in the space. This protects you if there is a disagreement later.

Can't get in?

Message the host from the booking first. If you can't reach them, contact us from the booking so we can help or refund you.
