Running late? Extend in the app to avoid overstay charges.

Extend your booking

Open the active booking and tap Extend. If the space is free, the extra time is charged to your card straight away.

Overstay charges

After the end there is a 10-minute grace period. After that, overstay is charged in 15-minute steps at the listing rate, to your saved card, for up to 24 hours.

Disagree with a charge?

You can dispute an overstay charge in the booking within 48 hours of checking out. Your check-out photos help us decide.
