How booking works
Find a space, book it and park: instant book and requests explained.
Find a space
Search by place and time on Explore. Filters cover price, vehicle size, EV charging, covered and gated spaces.
Instant book or request
- Instant book: your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.
- Request to book: the host has up to 24 hours (and at the latest 1 hour before the start) to accept. Your card is only authorised; if the host declines or doesn't answer, the authorisation is released and nothing is charged.
On the day
Access details and directions appear in the booking shortly before the start. Check in when you arrive and check out when you leave, with photos of your vehicle.
